Game Development
Games people come back to.
Casual, hyper-casual, mid-core, narrative. We design, build and live-op games for mobile, web and desktop. Retention is the brief; art, feel and performance are how we get there.
In one line
Game development is the design, art, engineering and live operation of a playable product. Aksal Studios builds casual and mid-core games for Android, iOS and the web, from concept and prototype through store launch and post-launch events.

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Which engines do you build games in?
Unity for native mobile and desktop titles, Cocos Creator and Phaser for instant-load HTML5 games, and Unreal Engine for high-fidelity 3D. We pick the engine per project based on platform, performance and budget.
How long does it take to build a mobile game?
A casual mobile game usually takes 8 to 14 weeks from concept to store submission. A vertical slice you can play on your phone is ready within the first two weeks.
Do you handle app store publishing?
Yes. We prepare store listings, screenshots, builds and compliance for Google Play and the App Store, and we can publish under your developer account or ours.
Can you take over an existing game or codebase?
Yes. We regularly pick up games mid-way for polish, live ops or platform ports, after a short technical audit.
Do you provide analytics and live ops after launch?
Every game ships with analytics wired in (Firebase or your stack). We offer monthly live-ops retainers for events, leaderboards, balancing and A/B tests.
Do you build multiplayer games?
Yes. We have shipped real-time multiplayer using Photon and custom servers, including a multiplayer metaverse that ran in the browser and on mobile.
